U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Buddy Hutchison, Pacific Air Forces command chief, speaks to a crowd of PACAF enlisted staff members during an all call Nov. 20, 2014, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. Hutchison addressed a number of topics, including recent changes to the Air Force's performance reports and promotion systems and the developmental special duty selection process.
