U.S. Air Force loadmasters assigned to the 729th Airlift Squadron, load Southern California Edison Utility Vehicles onto a C-17 Globemaster III in response to the President's call to 'lean forward' with Hurricane Sandy relief efforts at March Air Reserve Base, Calif., November 1, 2012. Military bases across the nation are mobilizing to the northeast region of the country to restore electricity and provide humanitarian assistance, as currently more than 2 million people are without power.
