U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. James Dawkins, 8th AF commander, presents the Mitchell Award trophy to Reserve Citizen Airmen of the 343rd Bomb Squadron during the score posting event for Global Strike Challenge 2019 at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, Nov. 20, 2019. To earn the award, squadrons attempt to drop an unguided munition as close as possible to a static target.
