U.S. Air Force Maj. Todrick Dobson, 116th Air Control Network Flight (ACNF) commander, Georgia Air National Guard, works at his desk at Robins Air Force Base, Ga., Feb. 8, 2015. As commander, Dobson oversees the ACNF which supports the E-8C Joint STARS weapon system worldwide by providing JSTARS weapon system software, communications security, and frequencies to maximize combat effectiveness, system reliability and secure communications interoperability. His flight provides mission software databases, maintains software baseline and manages communications security for the 116th Air Control Wing (ACW). In addition, they archive and disseminate post-mission data to various intelligence agencies for analysis. Flying the E-8C Joint STARS aircraft, the 116th ACW provides joint airborne command and control, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and combat support forces to meet state and national objectives.
