U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Michael Hernandez, 433rd Training Squadron military training instructors, marches his flight in the graduation ceremony, Dec. 14, 2018, at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. Reserve military training instructors (MTI) are aligned under the 340th Flying Training Group, who is responsible for the 433rd TRS. The 433rd TRS is unique to Air Force Reserve Command as it is the only unit of reserve MTIs.
