U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Roger Parsons, a photojournalist with the 116th Air Control Wing (ACW), Georgia Air National Guard, shares a moment with a resident at the institute during a European Command Humanitarian Civic Assistance project in Yerevan, Armenia, May 23, 2016. During the project, civil engineers from the 116th ACW, 116th Civil Engineer Squadron and a structural craftsman from 461st ACW worked in partnership with the Armenian people to renovate a Yerevan elderly institution. The renovation provided crucial skill-set training for the civil engineers while continuing the long-lasting friendship between the Armenian people and the citizens of the United States.
