US Air Force Sergeant Pedro Carlo and US Air Force AIRMAN First Class Levi Thomas measure the distance on the roof before cutting the last piece of decking for the construction of a new clinic in Tadeo, Paraguay, during Exercise NEW HORIZONS. Combined Task Force Guarani Springs conducts engineer and medical operations in Paraguay, enabling joint training.
