US Air Force STAFF Sergeant Jon Redfern, from Luke Air Force Base, Arizona, mixes concrete for a dam. This was a joint effort between Arizona Game and Fish, The Big Horn Sheep Society, and Luke Air Force Base. It was a coordinated effort to build two water catchments for the big horn sheep.
