US Air Force (USAF) CHIEF MASTER Sergeant of the Air Force (CMSAF), Gerald R. Murray (Green 1) starts the 1.5-mile run portion of his fitness evaluation at Bolling Air Force Base (AFB), Washington DC. Over 40 Air Force CHIEF MASTER Sergeants (CMSGT) from throughout the National Capital Region braved bitter cold weather to join CMSAF Murray as he led the way in helping Air Force CHIEF of STAFF officially launch the new Air Force fitness standard.
