US Air Force (USAF) Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Doris Wong performs an eye exam for a local patient at the Zamboanga Medical Center. LTC Wong, attached to the US Navy (USN) Military Sealift Command (MSC), Hospital Ship, USNS MERCY (T-AH 19), is helping to exam more than 250 patients and distributed some 200-pairs of glasses to the local residents of the Republic of Philippine City of Zamboanga.
