Returned censored airmail cover from Greenwich, Connecticut, United States to France franked with a 30 cent airmail stamp date stamped 24 September 1942 and with the instructional marking "SERVICE SUSPENDED / RETURN TO SENDER" and a US censor label affixed - opened by "EXAMINED BY 6906" (mostly on the reverse).
