PUERTO BELGRANO, Argentina (Jun. 29, 2009) Navy of the Argentine Republic Rear Adm. Edwardo Castro Rivas; Vice Adm. Carlos Pas, Fleet Commanding Officer Navy of the Argentine Republic; Capt. Brad Williamson, commodore, Destroyer Squadron 2; Thomas Kelly, Charge D'affaires; and Cmdr. Daniel Blackburn, commanding officer, the amphibious dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51); cut the cake during a reception aboard Oak Hill. Oak Hill is participating in Southern Exchange 09, a combined naval and amphibious operation with Oak Hill and maritime forces from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay.
