U.S. Army Brig. Gen. David Haight and U.S. Army Maj. Andrew Olson, the former officer in charge of the Spartan brigade’s engineering Security Force Advise Assist Team of the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, present a unit flag to Afghan National Army’s 203rd Corps Commander Afghan Army Maj. Gen. Mohammad Yaftali, who then presented flag to the Afghan National Army’s 203rd Corps Engineering Kandak’s Commander, Afghan Army Lt. Col. Sado Gul.
