U.S. Army Capt. John Dills, Joint Task Force-Bravo officer in charge, sets up an antenna for communications capabilities during the Honduran troop movement, Operation CARAVANA XIII, Nov. 4, 2015, in the Gracias a Dios department (state) of Honduras.
