U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Two Jose A. Colon Feliciano, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) officer in charge of research and investigation team bravo, uses a metal detector as part of an investigation in Quang Binh province, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, May 29, 2019. DPAA was in the region conducting investigations in search of service members who went missing during the Vietnam War.
