U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Noe Salinas (left), senior enlisted leader, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Task Force Patriot, hands boxes of chocolate from President Barack Obama, to the soldiers of 2nd Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, Dec. 24, 2013, at Bagram Air Field.
