U.S. Army Command Sgt. Mathew R. Gritta, Regional Health Command Central, assists U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Fergus J. Joseph, Regional Health Command Europe, provide simulated combat casualty care U.S. during the 2021 Command Sgt. Maj. Jack L. Clark Jr. U.S. Army Best Medic Competition (ABMC) validation at Fort Gordon, Ga., on Jan.20, 2021.The ABMC promotes "Esprit De Corps" throughout the Army while recognizing Soldiers and NCOs that demonstrate commitment to the Army values and embody the Warrior Ethos. The Sergeants Major validated all of the competition lanes ahead of the event in order to evaluate the curriculum and ensure safety of the lanes.
