U.S. Army Lt. Col. Wiley Blevins, Bamyan Embedded Training

U.S. Army Lt. Col. Wiley Blevins, Bamyan Embedded Training Team leader, 86th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, and a resident of Wilmington, Del.; and Afghan National Police Col. Jamal, Panjab District chief of police, meet at the station here, Oct. 25, to discuss projects to be constructed within the next year. They are planning the design for a barracks to be built in the spring on an extension of the compound.
