Boyles, the adjutant general of Mississippi, and Pam Presley Tolbert, a Gold Star Mother, place a ceremonial wreath during a Gold Star Family Memorial ceremony at Mississippi's Two Museums in Jackson, Miss., Nov. 10, 2020.
