Miller, the newly assigned Command Sergeant Major for the United States Army, Europe and Seventh Army (USAREUR/7A), to Tuzla Main, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he plans to visit soldiers at the different military campsites during Operation JOINT ENDEAVOR
