U.S. Army Major Patrick Miller, Tripler Army Medical Center resource manager, shares his personal experience involving the 2014 Fort Hood shooting during an active shooter, antiterrorism briefing Oct. 14, 2016, at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Miller is one of 16 survivors of the tragedy and continues his efforts to raise readiness while stationed at the TAMC. Miller is a native of Allegany, New York.
