More than 500 Ohio National Guard members were activated to provide humanitarian missions in support of Operation Steady Resolve COVID-19 relief efforts, continuing The Ohio National Guard’s long history of supporting humanitarian efforts throughout Ohio and the nation. More than 5 million pounds of food have been distributed from food banks throughout the state in support of COVID-19 relief efforts.
