Kinnis White takes Spc. Aaron Gelb’s temperature, at the Toledo Northwestern Ohio Food Bank, March 23, 2020. Screening forms are completed each morning, before Soldiers can enter the facility, to ensure the health and safety of food bank employees, volunteers and local-area residents who receive food from the organization. Nearly 400 Ohio National Guard members were activated to provide humanitarian missions in support of COVID-19 relief efforts, continuing The Ohio National Guard’s long history of supporting humanitarian efforts throughout Ohio and the nation.
