U.S. Army Noncommissioned officers assigned to The United States Band "Pershings Own" stand by to perform at the John F. Kennedy's Gravesite at Arlington National Cemetery, Va., Oct. 25, 2017. The wreath was placed to commemorate Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States.
