U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers assigned to the 389th Engineer Battalion out of Dubuque, Iowa, dump dirt as their unit constructs multiple projects in Drawsko Pomorskie Training Area, Poland, as part of Resolute Castle 2019 on July 11, 2019.
