U.S. Army Reserve Spc. Anthony Mederos, a Tallahassee, Fla., native, representing the 412th Theater Engineer Command, with the 316th Engineer Company, Kankakee, Ill., is congratulated by 926th Engineer Brigade Command Sgt.
