U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Luigi Lawrence, a recovery noncommissioned officer assigned to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), prepares to set up a fixed line during a joint field activity (JFA) in Khammouan province, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Jan. 30, 2020.
