U.S. Army Sgt. Jonathan Soto, 3rd Platoon, sergeant for Company B, 1st Battalion, 26th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Task Force Duke, search the roof of a home in Majiles village for any weapons or other contraband Sept. 11. This was the morning of the final day of a three day mission in which the U.S. soldiers with their partnered Afghan National Army forces set up on a nearby hill in order to send out several foot patrols daily through the surrounding villages.
