U.S. Army Sgt. Keiane Magee, a plumber and carpenter,

description

Summary

U.S. Army Sgt. Keiane Magee, a plumber and carpenter, 859th Engineer Company (Vertical), Mississippi Army National Guard, uses a bobcat compact track loader to pull dirt and rocks off of a armored flat bed truck at Forward Operating Base Fenty, July 18, 2013. Magee, a native of Hattiesburg, Miss., is part of a small five man crew charged with filling the potholes that have formed on the base’s main road. The high temperatures in Afghanistan force the soldiers to work at night, when the cooler temperatures allow the repaired potholes to properly set. (U.S. Army National Guard photo by Staff Sgt.
