Summary
U.S. Army Sgt. Larry Black, a service member attached to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), holds the urn of Edward Weissenback, a recently recovered Air America crewman, at the DPAA laboratory on Joint Base Pearl-Harbor Hickam, Hawaii, Sept. 16, 2019. Weissenback and his crew were on a routine resupply mission when their aircraft went down over Laos Dec. 27, 1971.
