U.S. Army Spc. Ramiro Northcutt receives the Army Achievement Medal from east Tennessee native and U.S. Army Lt. Col. Mathew Condry, commander, 5th Battalion, 25th Field Artillery Regiment, Team Laghman, for his performance during Operation Clean Sweep at a ceremony at Forward Operating Base Mehtar Lam Aug. 30, 2013.
