U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Hector Garcia, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) recovery noncommissioned officer, prepares stakes that will be used to set up a grid, Aug. 12, 2017, for excavation operations in the Quang Tri Province, Vietnam. DPAA deployed to the area in hopes of recovering remains of men lost in a CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter crash in June of 1967.
