U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Roby Di Giovine, a photojournalist assigned to the 108th Public Affairs Detachment, takes a flight on a C-47 Chinook helicopter during a statewide flood response, Oct. 5, 2015 over Columbia, S.C. The South Carolina National Guard has been activated to support state and county emergency management agencies and local first responders as historic flooding impacts counties statewide.
