U.S. Army veteran, Staff Sgt. Michael Kacer, takes the opportunity to give Cobber a kiss during the medal ceremony at track and field yesterday. Cobber is the mascot for the 2018 Invictus Games and has made the rounds throughout competition, meeting with fans and athletes alike.
