U.S. Chief Warrant Officer 2 Austin L. Randolph, front, and Capt. Bob J. Manchester, both UH-60 Black Hawk Pilots with the 1-150th Assault Helicopter Battalion, New Jersey Army National Guard, prepare to take off from Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., to pick up Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Airmen with the New Jersey Air National Guard's 227th Air Support Operations Squadron for training prior to the 2017 Atlantic City Airshow above the Atlantic City, N.J., boardwalk Aug. 23, 2017. Two groups of TACP Airmen will be flown suspended by a Special Patrol Infiltration Exfiltration System (SPIES) by 1-150th Black Hawks. SPIES is used for extracting special operations personnel when an aircraft cannot land.
