U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Alex Major, an aviation survival technician temporarily assigned to the Coast Guard Cutter Bertholf (WMSL 750), is lowered to the cutter’s flight deck from a hovering MH-65 Dolphin helicopter while Bertholf patrols the Philippine Sea, April, 12, 2019.
