U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Evan Svoboda, a maritime enforcement specialist at Coast Guard Port Security Unit 312, conducts entry point security during Operation Pacific Reach Exercise 2017 in Pohang, Republic of Korea, April 13, 2017. OPRex17 is a bilateral training event designed to ensure readiness and sustain the capabilities which strengthen ROK-U.S. Alliance.
