U.S. Marine Col. Christopher J. Douglas, senior advisor for the 505th Zone National Police, Task Force
Southwest (TFSW), arrive at 3rd Brigade, Afghan National Army 215th Corps’ base to participate in a key
leader engagement with the Afghan National Defense and Security Force (ANDSF) at Camp Jadeed,
Afghanistan, Feb. 15, 2018. Leaders from TFSW and the ANDSF conducted a shura with local elders from
the Nahr-e- Saraj district to gain a greater understanding of the area’s security situation through local
elders from the Nahr-e- Saraj District. The ANDSF are continually working to increase stability for the
