U.S. Marine Col. Michael Oppenheim and Colombian Naval Infantry Lt. Col. Erick Del Rio, the commanding officer and deputy commander of Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, cut the ribbon and hand over the keys to a clinic the SPMAGTF-SC rebuilt for the community of La Paz, Guatemala, Aug. 6, 2018. The Marines and sailors of SPMAGTF-SC are conducting security cooperation training and engineering projects alongside partner nation military forces in Central and South America.
