U.S. Marine combat engineers attached to Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force shovel dirt for a dry cement mix in Puerto Castillo, Nov. 23. The cement is being used to renovate existing building structures. SPMAGTF consists of Marines from various commands and elements that collectively operate on a small expeditionary level in support of Amphibious-Southern Partnership Station 2012 an annual deployment of U.S. military training teams sent to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility.
