U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Stephen M. Neary, the deputy commanding general of II Marine Expeditionary Force, cuts a piece of ceremonial cake to give to the oldest and youngest Marines present during a ceremony celebrating the Marine Corps’ 243rd birthday on Vaernes Air Station, Norway, Nov. 10, 2018.
