Raymond Miller, a policeman with 3rd Law Enforcement Battalion attached to Task Force Koa Moana 17, teaches members of the Vanuatu Police Force vehicle search procedures in Port Vila, Vanuatu, Aug. 15, 2017. Koa Moana 17 is designed to improve interoperability with our partners, enhance military-to-military relations, and expose the Marine Corps forces to different types of terrain for familiarity in the event of a natural disaster in the region.
