U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Steffen Teague, avionics technician, Heavy Marine Helicopter Squadron (HMH) 463, gets down on one knee to propose to girlfriend Dana Carter aboard Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Sept. 17, 2011.
