U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Tramain B. Payne, from Brooklyn, New York, is a radio operator assigned to 2nd Platoon, Echo Company, 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, currently assigned to 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, under the unit deployment program.
