U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Thomas Foster, the Sgt. Maj. of Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1), speaks to students at the commanding officer’s welcome aboard brief during Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course 2-19 on Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona, March 11, 2019.
