U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Major Michael J. Pritchard, sergeant major of 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, center, and Maj. Gen. Thomas D. Weidley, commanding general of 1st MAW, right, visit U.S. Marines at Clark Air Base, April 1, 2019 during Exercise Balikatan. Balikatan is an annual exercise between the U.S. and the Philippines and comes from a Tagalog phrase meaning "shoulder-to-shoulder," representing the partnership between the two countries.
