U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgts Troy Harris and Luis Rivera, civil affairs specialists assigned to 4th Civil Affairs Group, teach a group of Guyanese police officers tactical combat casualty care during New Horizons exercise 2019 at the Mackenzie Police headquarters in Linden, Guyana, June 25, 2019. The New Horizons exercise 2019 provides U.S. military members an opportunity to train for an overseas deployment and the logistical requirements it entails.
