U.S. Marine Cpl. Malcom Walker, satellite communications operator with Headquarters Company, Task Force Koa Moana 16-4, works with the Vanuata Police Force in a simulated response to a noise complaint in Port Vila, Vanuatu Oct. 25, 2016. Marines and Sailors trained with the Vanuatu Police Force in order to share their procedures when dealing with domestic abuse calls and noise complaints.
