U.S. Marine Military policeman Sgt. Ricardo Narvaez,

U.S. Marine Military policeman Sgt. Ricardo Narvaez, a native of San Antonio, Texas and currently assigned to Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, makes sure the spray can works with two Thai policeman on various stages of non-lethal training in Chonburi, Thailand, May 31, during Non-Lethal Weapons Executive Seminar 2011. The seminar is designed to promote awareness of non-lethal weapons that help maintain order in low-intensity or civil unrest scenarios. This is a bilateral seminar that has been previously conducted with Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Fiji, Indonesia, Mongolia, Nepal, New Zealand, Philippine, South Korea, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Tonga, United Kingdom and Vietnam representatives.
