Bryan Battaglia, 2nd Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is honored during the National Anthem at the NBA All-Star Game inside the Smoothie King Center, New Orleans, La., Feb. 16, 2014.
